This home provides fresh bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware to prepare home-cooked meals. The home does have a back garden to chill with family and friends.

Technology offerings include high-speed internet, Netflix for your movies, Thermostat to control the heating. The kitchen features pots and pans, kettles, spoons, forks, etc for your culinary needs.

The driveway provides car parking spaces with no heigh limit and the back garden is for you to enjoy.

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 11PM – 7AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any unruly events and parties.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
